Too cool! I am streaming now and love it as Texas is a far cry from Montreal.
It's too bad I had a million appts scheduled this week or I could have made it...
Ed Krafchow - President and CEO of Prudential California/Nevada Realty just wrapped up. Leaders of residential brokerage firms have many questions about the right direction to take their firms, who to affiliate with, what business models works best in today's market and which ones will work best tomorrow.
Next Up - Rick Haase - General Manager Prudential Gardner - Realtors
Building and Communicating Your Organizations Value Proposition
Great job making this a live streaming event Brad! I'm listening right now!
It appears that Rick has asked the streaming of his presentation not be public. He will be apparently delivering some information that he doesn't want shared live. Sorry...
Here's the low-down and overview...
Many traditional real estate companies today are in jeopardy - using business models that focus on price and volume to fight against the competition. He's explaining why developing a business model with value front and center is critical for growingbusiness and generating continued success.
Bullet Points:
Thanks Brad, this is very cool. I am attending and doing my BMA at the same time. - Oh, silence, whats up with Rich Haase?? He doesn't like to share?
Sorry Kim - we'll be back "live" in just a few minutes.
Thanks for the link Brad. Didn't know it was going on.
Thanks Brad....I will listen in after my next conference call. Great idea!
Steve Harney - Founder of "Keeping Current Matters"
Leadership In The Current Real Estate Environment
The Jist: Agents are bombarded with a plethora of information regarding the current Real Estate market - so much information, in fact, that Agents sometimes don't know how to effectively leverage it to generate more leads and close more deals. Steve is sharing ways to uncover and arm your agents with relevant marketplace information that can help them promote properties more effectively, and help their clients make better decisions and bring in new business.
The Panel Today: Leadership/Value Propisition Discussion

Thanks for the info! Will these be posted somewhere in case we miss a portion?
Valarie - this event will be hosted and posted once it gets edited with video, audio, and slides from presentations. I'll make sure to post a link in the body of this post once it's available for the public. It will be in a week or two. Great question, thanks. :-)
How Top Producing Real Estate Professionals are Structuring Their Marketing Mix
Top agents will disclose how they're formulating their marketing mix to gain the most exposue, generate listing opportunities and find quality leads in today's marketplace. Hear their views on traditional vs. new media and learn how they're pulling it all together to grow sales.
Today's Panel:

The Marketing on Demand Story -
Discovering why web-to-print portals are essential for:
Controlling branding elements and maintaining integrity of brand quality
Allowing personalization and customization of marketing materials at the local level
Streamlining the process of preparing and printing marketing collateral
Reducing management, production, printing and storage costs
Tracking direct marketing expenditures and campaign ROI
Key Points:
How corporate can better control brand while allowing flexibility at the local level

Several of us at AvenueOne Properties watched this from the 3:45-4:45pm Luxury Real Estate in the New Economy segment and though we may be a bit biased, Charlotte was the best speaker! Thanks for posting this!

Brad - I generally consider myself to be a pretty connected guy, yet I heard nothing about this event until I read your post just now. I wish I had known about it before, as I would definitely have been interested in attending or speaking on a panel. Maybe next time...
Brad , thanks for bringing this to us( I was on several times yesterday and tweeting). I thought Marty "the Grand Ruet" Rueter(of Weichard) did a great job !!!!

How Brokerages are facing the Issues of 2010
They're talking about how the environment is changing for brokerage firms and are highlighting key areas that Brokerage Leaders should focus on in 2010. The discussion panel is reviewing new approaches to recruiting, cost control, training, added value to core services and more.
Becoming a Next Generation Brokerage
Sherry Chris is moderating a panel and sharing a presentation of what the next generation Brokerage will look like.
(I was just asked to share the Virtual Real Estate Office with the group here, some folks believe it may be the future RE Brokerage.)

Right now I have to run to the Austin Airport to catch a plane back home to rainy CA. Cheers, and ciao for now... :-)
Quantum Digital put together an AWESOME IgniteRE 2010 Gathering. One of the most organized and informational events I've ever attended. I'd also like to thank The President and CEO - Steve Damman for having me as a guest. This was the last photo I got of Austin Texas, and I'm really looking forward to going back there again soon.
Also a special thanks to Russell Lewis for picking me up at the Hotel and taking me out on the town for Ice Tea and to Amy's for Ice Cream. We had an absolute blast, I owe you one Russell. :-)
