RainCamp Las Vegas - The Highest "Payout" Odds in Nevada!
RainCamp™ Las Vegas is confirmed for April 1st, 2010. This is NOT an April Fool, but it is a great opportunity to get away for the weekend, enjoy mixing some business with pleasure, and be one of our guests in the Ballroom Theater at UNLV. What happens in Vegas, won't stay in Vegas this time, you'll be able to bring home what you learn, along with everything else that happens, and begin applying it immediately to your Social Media and Marketing Business Plan.
Lot's of our friends and members are coming this year to "soak" up the "rain" and they're coming from all over. Why? Because it's Vegas baby, and who'd want to miss out on that? Register for a seat, book your flight, get a room, bring your suitcase and Vegas dining attire, throw in your laptop, cellphone, some aspirin, and a couple extra bucks for site seeing and for some extra curricular activities, and COME ON DOWN!!!
We're going to make an entire weekend of fun out of it, throw in a RainCamp™, have an awesome AR Gathering after, and we want you ALL to come be part of it. We'd love to see all 175,000 members show up at this one. There's no good excuses, you deserve it, so come help us make this the Best ActiveRain Gathering of all time. It will be more fun than one person should be allowed to have, I promise! :-)

I'm betting $20.00 that this one sells out in less than 3 days! Oh Wait, that's gambling... I don't gamble?!? haha~
Wow you guys are really on a role! I'm so glad I was able to be at your Inaugural event! :-)
This is wonderful... Hope that you have a lot of "Rain" in Vegas. This is going to be a great event.
Hi Brad... Somehow I am thinking that in this case, what happens in Vegas won't be staying in Vegas! Enjoy!
Hi Brad,
I learned so much and enjoyed RainCamp Dallas 2010...!!!!
Good Luck !
This will be great RainCamp
Hi Brad - Wish the Denver camp was on weekend - I won't be able to go on a week day :( I would have loved to meet you and Bob!
Debi
Should be a great event even if you don't gamble. Won't work for my schedule, unfortunately.
Jeff
Hi Brad - Great to see RainCamp coming to my alma mater. I'll be driving in from Henderson for this one.
What is the difference between the ticket types? Tempting.
I just found these 10 Tips For Las Vegas:
Source: http://vegasclick.com
John - looking forward to meeting you finally! :-)
Jane - There are 3 levels, the Platinum Pass, the Premium Pass, and the General Admission Pass.
General Admission:
Premium Seating Includes:
The Platinum Access Pass Includes:
Tempting? I would do just do it, you won't regret it. :-)
Okay, while this is still a couple thousand miles from home, it might be the cheapest flight to a US event that I can get. I am going to do my best to clear my schedule and make it to this one. Plus some of my favorite members are in Vegas!
DARN IT! Come back to the Orlando area! If you don't, I'm going to pout and complain for however long it takes! >=I As for gambling, I'd rather buy something I know I'm not going to lose =o/ I guess I'm just not the gambling type. I work too hard for my money. I'd be very upset if I lost ANY of it.... but I don't mind dropping it on items needed in an MMORPG... >.<
BTW, I love the list of advice for those who are in Vegas. That's some seriously helpful information!
Getting much closer to home. I'm looking forward to it. What do we do to sign up if we have a Platinum Pass?
Hey, Brad, WHAT IS THE REST OF THE SCHEDULE OF LOCATIONS?
I can't imagine all the jokes you'd be cracking that day....
As much as Vegas is tempting, I will be waiting for DC Rain Camp in a couple of months!
Brad - Sounds like Las Vegas is going to be a lot of fun. You've also found some fantastic info on how comps actually work.
Yea! Finally I can't wait - - - it's in MY town.
Good tips!!
Hello all:
I recommend that you drop the $159 and go all out; go with an open mind; prepare to be amazed!
I don't know, having a Rain event in Las Vegas with all that the strip has to offer ... Should be a blast like all the others. I however stress over losing $20 so I'd be in Camp all day ;)
I am actually coming into Vegas a few days later. Would love to attend but I cannot come in any sooner.
Sounds like a good time.
Christine - regarding the Platinum Pass you mentioned, anyone who already has them will need to email Bob Stewart if they have the "all inclusive Platinum Pass." There are only about 25 people that have them, and most are on the east coast.
Sounds like a great event! Checking my calendar! Kathy
AWESOME even though I have to contemplate shortening my vaca for this ;)
Check www.AllegiantAir.com for cheap flights - they fly to smaller airports direct to Las Vegas.
RainCamp Dallas was a huge success. The only caveat to that is that the wireless in the room was not working, so to protect yourself bring your own wireless hook up. That being said, the day was absolutely jam packed with actionable tips and techniques to follow. This is a must go on your weekly planner.
Vegas is a great choice for RainCamp. I know all those who attend will have a good time and learn quite a bit about web 2.0
Sounds like a lot of fun! I am sure you will learn a lot of info. What a way to go on vacation.
Okay, I have been flight shopping already, going to try to make it to this one if I can get it to fit in. Oddly enough it is cheaper for me to go for 7 days then for me to go for 3 or 5? pretty weird.
Did you contact any of the hotels for a group discount on rooms?
Blog-N-Roll Brad...
I am so so jealous. This is one of the RainCamps I'd love to attend. Renee promised if I could ever make it there her and I would go pole dancing. I can't pole dance right now but I could watch :)
Yah. I said that out loud. And you know what's sad about that? I don't care :)
TLW...ROAR!
Hi Brad - When you say "this one will sell out", how many people would that be? Some of our local vendors may want to be involved if I can give them a little more info.
RainCamp in Vegas? Sounds like a lot of fun. I just attended the NY one....just waiting on the next one!
Paul - Lauren is looking into that for ya'll, once we get some Hotels with their discounted rates, I'll come let you know...
John - have any of the local vendors contact me via email and I'll forward them to the person they need to be in contact with, thanks.
I think the MAX we can have in Vegas is 500, but I'll have to confirm that...
Great event coupled with great place. Oh my! This will need to be a week long event. 1 day RainCamp and the rest to recoup from RainCamp by gambling. HAHA!
Are we taking bets on if Bob will get married at the Church of Elvis why in Vegas?

I'm still holding out for raincamp to come to Nashville.
If I were to travel to another city for an AR event, Las Vegas would certainly be high on my list. I was glad I made it to the San Francisco event. Very instructive.
Sounds fun! I was just contemplating trying to make it to the Denver RainCamp, but Vegas is even better! That's worth the wait for me!
Brad,
Excellent to see RainCamp come to Vegas. Strip properties sure would like to see all AR members descend on the scene and give our economy a nice shot of energy.
Brad,
This is the best bet in Vegas. Player odds are the best of any game when you bet on Rain Camp.
I beg to differ with your title.....
This is the only 'Sure Bet' in Vegas.....
Hi Brad - I requested sponsorship information - will you request that be forwarded to me please.
Also, the hotels are running amazing deals right now...definately shop around and ask what comps, etc. they are giving with the room price.
Renee ~ you better not be on vacation during this one!
Looks like you need to rename this Brad. There's nothing about RainCamp that's a gamble -- it's a Sure Thing. And is the rumor true that some of the AR Team will be dressed as showgirls?
Hello Brad and you know how bad Vegas Bob wants to be at this event, but I am afraid that I will be in South East Asia visiting Nu Nu's family.
VB ;o)
I've only been to Vegas one time, on a Greyhound bus from San Diego when I got out of the military long time ago. I have always wanted to visit Vegas but perhap one of these days I will. Can't go wrong with an AR RainCamp and Vegas. I probably wouldn't want to leave!
I went to raincamp.com to see what the difference in levels are and the page is AR "real estate blog - holder post"
Working now...
Rain Camp in Vegas would be dangerous unless held far far away from the casino. I can't resist the sound of slot machines.
I just went platinum because I wanna have lunch with Bob & Brad ;)
That will be great Renee, looking forward to having lunch with you in Vegas.
That Platinum pass gets you all sorts of other goodies too is what I understand. :-)
Don't I get a little badge and some bonus points? LOL!
Renee - I went platinum too! Can't wait to meet you in person and I couldn't pass up the lunch either. I caught the 6am flight out of Reno. Ouch! LOL
