What have you done for me lately?  It’s the real estate agent’s version of the age-old question, “are we there yet?”  Now you can help ease those queries with Zillow’s new client listing report.  Premier Agents on Zillow can subscribe their clients to a weekly listing report of performance metrics of their home on Zillow, including page views and how often their listings show up in search results.

Client listing reports allow home sellers to directly receive the most recent information about how their listing is performing on Zillow. This frees up the agents’ time to continue marketing and selling the client’s home. Send fewer emails by subscribing your listing clients now. No more digging in your in-box every time a client wants to know, “how many people have viewed my house?  Is it showing up in search results?”

For more information and details about Zillow’s Premier Agent program, visit Premier Agent Members; to subscribe your clients to listing reports, sign in to Zillow.com, go to “My Listings”, then click on “Send Listing Report”. This will take you to a page where you can add recipient emails for each individual listing.

This Zillow feature looks very similar to something Prudential provides us with. It's also a property report filled with all sorts of stats. It really deos help our selling clients know exactly where we stand.

Is it only for premier agents? 

If not I can't find where to send it. Should be like Trulia free to send our clients, after all you have our listings.

Oh I like this a lot.  Will the reports actually be weekly now... or still a week of data every 11 or 12 days?

ps- and can you hook me up with some "neighborhoods" in my "rural" area.  My lake is 15,000 acres... I think that's large enough to get it's own neighborhood

Tammy - you might want to contact customer service regarding the neighborhoods question, I'm not quite sure how that's determined on the back end.  Or call me and I'll get you on the right path with the right people behind the scenes who can investigate it further. :-)

Oh yeah, and these will be sent every week approx. the same time that the agent receives them. Each weekly email will contain the data for the past two weeks.
