Thank you for the information. You are right. You should only have a camera that you can use effectively.
Brad this was so awesome I had to re-blog it ..
Thank you for all this wonderful information

Excellent AR does it again - great information to keep up on the leading edge of being the best!
Carol - one that is easy to carry with you and access is also great. I think most mobile devices now have video capabilities built in, I know my iPhone does a pretty good job.
Hannah - thanks for the ReBlog, hopefully your readers will appreciate that and anyone that comes to hear Michael will not be disappointed, I promise.
Connie - I literally just got off the phone with Michael and know that his video education and training is definitely "leading edge" and will help agents be their very best. Thanks.
A great post and I definately have to add this skill to my tool box.
Brad -- Thanks for all you do for the rest of us. I have two video cameras as well as my Droid X. I even have a green backdrop for doing Chromakey work. However, I have not found the time to learn the editing technology.
I've been saying I was going to start forever. How much longer can I put it off if I want results?
☂ Brad, thanks for bringing Michael here to the VBloggers! group. I know it's not a video that you did but one that I still think belongs here. What a wealth of information! I have that Kodak Playtouch on my wishlist. As Lee says, I just have to sell one more house! :)

I am signing up, the Tom Ferry webinar this AM, was great. Thanks for the info and I do hope that in the fourth quarter that Tom does get a chance to talk about For Sale By Owner campaign.
Thanks Lorraine (or is it Loretta??) - Tom will be back in the next month or two, I'll be sure to have him do the FSBO session. His ideas, suggestions, and tips are amazing and I know the stuff he teaches and coaches really works. Thanks.
Brad,
I just have one simple question.
How can you trust a guy whose desk is that clean?
Inquiring minds want to know...
Phil
Phil - haha~ how can you trust a guy whose desk isn't? <big smile!>
Michael - I am stoked to have you as our guest next week, we still have a few seats left so I encourage anyone reading this right now to sign up quickly before the spots are gone.
These webinars are really starting to have a huge impact on the RE Industry because so much is being shared and learned in a single session and the cost savings of travel, time, gas, weather etc. are phenominal.
Looking forward to this one especially since video is one of my favorite media tools.
Brad - thanks for this, i've gotten away from video lately, and I really can't tell you why. It's time to start back.
Larry - come check out what Michael will be sharing, you'll never look back I promise!! BTW - Great to hear from you, I miss being here in the rain more. Next month I'm hoping to find some extra time to make my rounds and pay some old friends some visits. Hope you're doing well my friend. :-)
Hi Brad...I too got away form doing Video, I need to get back, it so easy and fun to do and people love them. I booked the August 16 webinar
Hey Fred- glad to see you'll be joining us.
The webinar filled up quickly, I'm excited about this one and I'm sure Michael is too. Thx :-)
Sorry I missed this.. Maybe you'll have him again soon?
I missed this! Will you be doing it again?
Judi and Dagny - it was an awesome class, Michael was amazing and his information and content was so valuable. He took off for a trip to Hawaii right after this webinar, but we'l get him back. Hopefully in October sometime.
Thanks for this post, Brad. I viewed Michael's video on the best camera to buy. I have an expensive Canon VIXIA HF200 HD Camera that I absolutely hate. This camera shoots HD video and records to a SD memory card. However, it records in a proprietary format that must be converted. Anything longer than 10 minutes is completely impractical for me.
I also have a flip camera that I do not like, either. The flip camera has a fixed focal length and does not have much in the way of autoadjustments for changes in lighting.
Today, I shot video with my Fujitsu Finepix S4000. I bought this 14 Megapixel camera for still pictures. I was not shooting with any intent to use the sound, but it seemed to work fine.
