My favorite part of NAR's annual gathering is exploring and discovering all the new technology, tools, and services that are available which also get demonstrated on the expo floor. While hanging out at the NAR 2012 Convention and Expo in Orlando this year, I was fortunate to get around and capture a few quick Kodak moments as well as a few video snippets.
This recap is just a tiny glimpse of this year's event. It was nearly impossible to visit all 383-plus vendors and exhibitors let alone video and interview them. All the more reason you should really try to attend NAR's Convention and Expo each year if possible.
Next year it will be in San Francisco, my own backyard so I really hope to see you there.
So if by chance you couldn't make it to Orlando this year, I hope this will help give you a sense of the magnitude and enormous amount of information that was there for real estate professionals to absorb. Here's the complete list of NAR 2012 vendors and exhibitors, including their contact information.
Some parts are a bit noisy, I apologize in advance.
We certainly have seen the real estate industry go high tech over the last several years.
Brad - it was a busy schedule, and the distance from my hotel to the trade show area was LONG! Still, managed to get in some time on the trade show floor.
Brad - thanks for sharing the nuggests from the NAR 2012 Expo. It seems that the real estate industry is leaning more and more toward electronic signatures. We are in a very fast demanding paced profession. E signature/E docs are good and it is GREEN.
Good morning Brad - it certainly is on our bucket list, but so far we haven't made it. Thanks for bringing it to us since we couldn't bring us to it!
Thanks for recap, Brad. Great information and video. I hope I will be able to go there one day as well.
A great way to share the experience. Thanks for the reviews. Are there more? As San Francisco is closer we'll be going to that one next year.
Brad, the video and recap was great I wish I could've made it. I love the new technology and it looks like paperless is a trend on the rise. I'm curious how many independent agents have their own IPhone app? Thank you again for sharing.
I'm not sure I need to attend since all of these vendors seem to have my phone number on speed dial.
Thanks for the recap. I missed the event but appreciate your recap. Thanks for sharing.
