10 Ways To Get More Client Feedback

My friends over at SEOMoz (now just MOZ.com) do a great job of providing wonderful SEO content but did you know they also provide other tips and suggestions that may be helpful to your business?  Especially those of you who work directly with the customer. 

How do you go about getting useful client feedback and information so you can continue enhancing and making the customer experience better?  Are you using the old school survey which is totally OK if that's what works for you?!  Are you incorporating social media and technology?

Here's 10 ways to get more client feedback from your prospects and clients. 

Which one(s) are you using, and how's that working out for you? Are you willing and able to try something new? Take a look and see if anything here appeals to you that might help your business and more importantly, make a difference to your client's experience.

some really cool ideas here.  I love the idea of asking what is the one thing we could have offered and didn't to learn how to serve our clients better.

I love that one too Tammy, the catch here is having an open mind and ears to hear and accept a clients feedback and then make the necessary changes to make a difference in our "future" service and customer's experience.  :-)

Interesting video and ideas!  I especially like the idea of creating a survey, which has been on my to do list for a while.  I'd love to create that with the last paragraph being a place for them to give me something I can then (with permission) add to my website or other sites.
