Virtual Real Estate Listing Online Redesign Tools

HomeSnazzer, a makeover app for Real Estate Listings, has this really cool tool that allows your website visitors the opportunity to "redecorate" homes while viewing them on the screen. The tools work on computer desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

Here's an inter-active virtual sample below to demonstrate how it works. If you're interested in seeing the details on how HomeSnazzer works from a technical view or from an agent's perspective, here's how HomeSnazzer works.

It's Easy. Just select a photo, then redecorate and redesign your dream home!

I love technology and I love real estate just like you. This may be something you'll find useful in your marketing and advertising efforts. If not, no worries... sometimes it's just good to know what's out there, what's new, and what's available.

That sounds really awesome Brad.  I can see once someone is interested in a property they may want to play with the design some...

Hi Brad, that's a great  tool to create virtual tours and all.  It's really nice how technolgy nowadays can make a difference   by just a click  here , click there and there bingo!

Hi Brad - That's pretty cool. We have used virtual staging a couple of times to good effect. I'll have to dig a bit deeper into this. Thanks for the pointer.

It's always fun to see what new things are being created. You never really know what is going to go viral, or what is going to flop. I will gladly check it out.

Brad- I love hearing about new apps and technology.  This looks like one that agents might want to consider for their websites.  I've used something similar with a paint app to help sellers see what a change in paint color could make.

I had to come back to say I've been playing with it and having a lot of fun with it.  It's also easy to use.

Hello Brad:  new technologies are always interesting to discover.  At $40 a listing I see this as special case tool for those ugly homes.

How cool would it be when a buyer has an objection to whip out my ipad and quickly and easily show them what it could be.  I always have vision for transforming a space, but someone can't always "see" it when I explain it.  I will be checking this one out.
