The ActiveRain Stuff You Won't Find Anywhere Else on the Web

ActiveBlogs - 5 Suggested Ways To Maximize Your New Group Blogs

ActiveBlogs Launch on ActiveRainToday, ActiveRain Launched ActiveBlogs for our members.  I have been hinting that this was coming the past couple weeks and now it's finally live!  Jeff Corbett just sent out the global press release which you can read here: ActiveRain Launches ActiveBlogs, a Multi-Author Blogging Platform for Real Estate Industry Professionals.  Jorgen Hahn also posted Winning Wednesday: Introducing New Team and Individual Blogs.  Although I am in NYC right now enjoying the Inman Connect Conference, I just had to break away and take a minute to share a few suggestions and ideas with you on how you might possibly use these new ActiveBlogs to benefit you and your business.

In literally minutes, I was able to create and setup a "TEAM" or "Group" Blog without ever leaving the AR Network.  You can register, choose themes, create domain names, invite contributors, and more all from a (simple to use) interface.  It was created and setup in a way to minimize the hassle of setting up a new Blog.  Check out ActiveRainTeam.com.  It's just the skeleton right now, but we'll be using it to "TeamBlog" more in the days ahead.  To see how others are using Team or Group Blogs, check out GeekEstateBlog, RainCityGuide, or MyTechOpinion. You will also notice changes and improvements in the formatting of your existing individual Outside AR Blogs.

I am totally jazzed about our new ActiveBlogs.

5 Ways To Maximize Your New Group Blogs

1.  Brokers, Companies and Franchises - Promote your company and agents.

This group or team Blog would work well for ANY Brokerage or Franchise that wants to add the power of multiple contributors and content from agents located and working in that office.  Maybe a Broker that has 20-100 agents, and wants to create an environment where each of them can add their expertise and experience.  This one will be a winner!

2.  Hyper-Localized - The Neighborhood Bullhorn

This group Blog would be focused on Local area content whether by demographic or geography.  You can invite others to contribute and share information with the sole purpose of providing Hyper Localized content to your community.  Being in control of what gets posted and who has editing, authoring and contributing rights makes managing the group blogs easy and effective.  I love these features.

3.  The Power TEAM - Your affiliates who contribute to your business and success.

This was hinted about vaguely in the "New Years Membership Drive" when I mentioned to invite others from your team that help make you and your business successful. Your Lender, Title Company, Stager, Inspector, Attorney etc.  Having a team or group Blog with all these affiliates contributing relative content to their fields, makes for a very powerful resource to your clients and readers.  This one is my personal favorite.

4.  ActiveRain Groups - Founders, Administrators & Moderators

There are over 5000 Groups on ActiveRain.  Why not consider an SEO packed group Blog from your best members, subscribers and contributors.  I can see this becoming a very popular way for our Groups to utilize ActiveBlogs.  You are likely to see many of these created early on.  It's a great way of taking our groups and content beyond the AR walls.

5.  Specialty Properties - Niche and Target Markets

Every Real Estate Office has individual professionals that focus on niche and targeted markets.  Vacant Land, Horse Property, Commercial, Relocation, Million Dollar Homes, WaterFront Properties etc.  This group could focus on one type or all types of specialty properties.  The sky is the limit when it comes to target and niche marketing using a group or team Blog.  Check out the links I provided in the second paragraph of this post,  they're a good example of what others have done with target and niche Blog Marketing.

Hopefully this will give you some ideas and creative ways to consider maximizing the potential of your New ActiveBlogs.  I am really looking forward to supporting and seeing our members get the most out of these Group and Team Blogs, both personally and for business.  How would you use a Team or Group Blog for your Business?

Brad,

I ordered it and would love to see some documentation and a bit more customization. I'm guessing some bugs are still being worked out because it doesn't render the same as a post on Active Rain.

Richard - we just launched it today at 9:00am PST.  You bet we'll have some more features, customization, themes, and tutorials coming shortly.  I think you'll find the platform very user friendly and intuitive.  Thanks for being the first to comment, you are on it man!  :-)  Back to the conference, I'll monitor comments from there....

Hi Brad, Hope you are enjoying the conference. I've read some of the other posts but I guess many of us still have questions and when all the features are up and things return to normal we will be able to ask any further questions.

Posted by Laura Cerrano, Certified Feng Shui Expert, Speaker & Researcher (Feng Shui Manhattan Long Island) almost 12 years ago

Some of us will have to take a leap of faith and just jump in on this new blog before all of questions are completely answered.  I am excited about this format to specifically target certain neighborhoods and niches.

Posted by Anonymous almost 12 years ago

Hi Brad, the question I have is what is the real difference between the other Active Rain Blog and this  new one? Sorry for not being so savvy. Look forward to hearing from you.

Endre & Susan - the real difference in the outside Blogs and Group Blogs is that you can have your own domain name.  My individual outside blog is RETechBlog.com and my group Blog is ActiveRainTeam.com.  These are separate from my ActiveRain.com/Blogs/ActiveBrad.  You can now have an individual or group Blog outside the AR confines. You can also have multiple Blogs of each.

There will be more details and tutorial posts when I return home...

BTW - I <3 NYC!!  :-))

Brad - So for those of us who alread have outside blogs with AR, can we make changes to them and use them FREE or do we now have to upgrade?  Second, the outside blog example you showed for single person use was much more custom... Can we now do that?

I love the concept of the POWER TEAM Group Blog.

I have a 'HOME TEAM' for Bergen County NJ that includes me (the Realtor), a mortgage broker, a real estate attorney, a title guy, and a Home Insurance Guy (who save clients HUGE $$$ on combined HOI & Auto)

So if this gives us a combined blog where we can all contribute and our readers only have to go to one spot - I definitely see the potential !

Pretty exciting !

Oh by the way - I met ActiveBrad in NYC last night ! Cool guy ! I am posting a picture on a post in a few minutes !!!

Took a look at ActiveRainTeam.com and it appears the content is displaying on top of other content on the 'About Brad' page. I'd like to see more everyday Rainers implement this successfully before committing $79/month.

I was confused before I read this and now I am FURTHER confused. I'm wondering why we member on AR weren't alerted to this change before it took place not after!?  If you are going implement something new with any depth, as this one seems to have, then it would seem that there are instructions/tutorials, etc. to bring us up to speed on all of this. Not sure what it does or what it is really about. ? Why? ADVISE PLEASE.

This concept seems a little overwhelming at first, but then again so did the thought of AR before I learned how everything worked. Will there be any webinars on this?

My current outside blog doesn't seem to have any content.  I can click on the month archives and something appears momentarily and then all disappears.  Will that be fixed?

Do I understand the comments correctly that we will no longer be able to add content to our outside blogs?

I have a domain name already for my outside blog if I upgrade, do I understand correctly that that can no longer be used, and I have to get a new domain name despite the fact that I've published that other domain name?

Brad - So for those of us who alread have outside blogs with AR, can we make changes to them and use them FREE or do we now have to upgrade?  Second, the outside blog example you showed for single person use was much more custom... Can we now do that?

Jason & Amber - your FREE outside Blogs on AR will not be changed or affected by the new options.  You can upgrade if you like or just continue using the FREE one.  There are benefits to upgrading, see Jorgens post, here's a couple things:

  • Gorgeous new themes: Find 15 new ways to play dress-up with your blog. And this is just the beginning – we've got a stack of themes waiting in the wings!
  • SEO-Optimized: We've been around the block a few times when it comes to playing nicely with search engines. You could read books and blogs for hours trying to optimize your site… or you could let us take care of the difficult bits while you concentrate on blogging and making connections.
  • Hyper-local: Remember the grueling work you did to prepare your posts for Localism? Watch it pay off in spades – your posts are automatically categorized by location, all the way down to the community level. Without being too much of a tease, this is just the beginning; we have several exciting features planned in this space!
  • Custom Domains: Wave goodbye to DNS servers, registrars, and hours of confusion. The process for adding a custom domain couldn't be simpler – just provide the domain name you want, and we take care of the rest! Absolutely no technical skill is required.

Posted by Brad Andersohn, ActiveBrad - 707.646.1876 (Executive Director of Education at eXp Realty) almost 12 years ago

From what I understand we will have to pay for blogs now?

Jim - that's incorrect.  Your AR Blog is FREE.  You can still create a FREE outside Blog as well using a subdomain name ie: activebrad.activerain.com.  The upgrade to the new ActiveBlogs is where the fee is incurred.  This applies to the group Blogs as well.

Posted by Karen Milligan, Broker Associate Moorestown (Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors, Moorestown) almost 12 years ago

Brad, the hyper-localized feature of these new blogs seems to be one of their greatest strengths.

Gary - exactly.  Raindexing (Real Area Indexing) is a powerful SEO element to ActiveBlogs.

What is Raindexing?

Tagging is the categorizing of content as it relates to the cloud, but raindexing is the categorizing of content as it relates to real places. Instead of answering the what, it answers the where.  To the local surfer, local neighborhoods and metro areas are more relevant and meaningful than tags like "FSBO" or "market conditions", search engines are going to be thrilled about the rich localized content we're feeding them.

Ok, if the real difference is my own domain, than I am cofused.

I already have an AR outside blog with my own domain name. So, should I or should I not upgrate?

Would I use the "old" outside blog or create a new one?

Anne - If you already have your own domain name, that's fine.  If you decide to upgrade, Jorgen has listed just a few of the benefits of doing so. See my comment above to Jason and Amber or you can also check out Jorgen Hahns post.  You can create a new one, upgrade and use the old one, or do nothing at all, it's entirely up to you.  Regarding your domain name with dashes, if you're not happy with it, you should go ahead and change it. :-))

Posted by Brad Andersohn, ActiveBrad - 707.646.1876 (Executive Director of Education at eXp Realty) almost 12 years ago

Posted by Dom Naidoo, Malibu to the Marina Real Estate (Westside Properties) almost 12 years ago

For an individual (not a team or group blog) what is the difference between this and the current outside blogs?

Don - please read Jorgen Hahns most recent post, I think it explains this in depth.  The raindexing feature on the new ActiveBlogs is what differentiates the two. The current FREE outside blogs are subdomains and won't have all the features and benefits of the upgraded ActiveBlogs.  Current outside blogs that were previously created can stay the same, or be upgraded if members choose to do so.

IF I went to an individual custom blog could that then be converted at some point to the ActiveRain Group blog?

I don't begrudge ActiveRain money but you seem to be throwing things out hapharzardly and then not completing those projects.  It makes me uncomfortable to invest time or money on this platform because of some of the thing that have been started and then left dangling.

You are charging members to be local sponsors on Localism and it is not even a site where a consumer could leave a comment.  How many months now? "Post a comment

Temporarily disabled - coming soon!"   When?

Localism comments coming soon

Brad, are all the AR outside blogs hosted on the same server (farm)?

Posted by Jim Sparrow (Royal LePage Solutions) almost 12 years ago

From what I can tell this will take some time to get used to.. Luckily I am new to this so the learning curve my not affect me as much... I am just getting started and people like you have laid a great road map...

Thanks,

John - it's a work in progress, my profile on AR uses a wix creation which does not look right on the outside Blog right now.  We'll have to make some modifications and I need to correct my profile page so that won't happen.  However, I'm probably the only guy using wix on an AR profile.

Patricia - my bad. Normally I try to have a tutorial or some type of "how to" post put together before we launch these new tools, unfortunately I was on the road trying to get to NYC for Inman Connect.  I apologize that I didn't have this ready to go for the roll-out, and since there was a press release and Jorgens post announcing it, I thought it would be good to expand more on the concept and ideas on how to use it. Sorry.

Brad, I'll watch and see what more I learn as this gets off the ground.

Teri - that sounds like a plan. I know there will be changes, corrections, bug fixes and new updates as we get these ActiveBlogs up to speed.  Thanks for being patient and as always, for your awesome support.

Looks like this new product inniative is really shaping up Brad! I especially like the way MyTechOpinion's blog looks. I wish I could have one as clean and chock full of info as that one. This concept seems a little overwhelming at first, but then again so did the thought of AR before I learned how everything worked. Will there be any webinars on this?

Change is good!

Amber - you can have one chock full of great info too, and you will I'm sure.  You made an excellent statement which is often times overlooked by many when you stated,"This concept seems a little overwhelming at first, but then again so did the thought of AR before I learned how everything worked."  I will be doing some training and support posts regarding ActiveBlogs in the near future.  I may even consider some webinars if there is enough interest.  Thanks. :-)

Jodi - I think that is possible, but let me confirm it first before I put my foot in my mouth. There might be something in the setup or upgrade that prevents people from doing that, not sure.  It makes sense that you could start it as an individual Blog and then invite others to contribute making it into a group blog.  Let me check to be sure.

I leave early in the morning to catch a standby flight back home.  Not sure when I'll get there, but when I do, I'll be back answering yours and any other questions I can.

Brad - Thanks for taking time from your New York activities to put together this information.

Vincent - thanks for that comment, I missed quite a few sessions at Inman to get this post out once I heard that ActiveBlogs went live.  I rushed this post out to catch up and probably should have spent more time on a tutorial than a concept and ideas post.

Oh well, it is what it is and I appreciate that comment very much.  Thanks. :-)

If you upgrade to a Team, do you lose your original blog?

Brian - If you create a Team or group Blog, as long as it's a new domain and name, it will not affect your original outside or AR Blog at all.  Great question, thanks. :-)

Posted by Brad Andersohn, ActiveBrad - 707.646.1876 (Executive Director of Education at eXp Realty) almost 12 years ago

All these new features sound cool and all, but when do you think we all have time to learn more things... most of us work, ya know...  man, I'm going to have to take another entire day to figure all this stuff out.

Donna - I totally understand, but that's why you have AR staff (like me) here to help you. I hope we'll be able to create less of a learning curve than if you were to try and do this on the outside blogging world and their platforms.  The support here on AR will hopefully make it easier and better for you and all members. :-)

Debe - not sure if that was a technical glitch or if it was caused by too many people signing up all at once.  I'll have to look into it and make sure it's all working.  Please let me know, I'm heading home here shortly and will be able to do more in assiting you when I get back to the office.  My plane leaves hopefully in about 6 hours so I need to go pack and get some sleep right now.  I appreciate you taking the time to comment, I need to know if things aren't working properly so I can get our tech guys on it right away. :-)

Brad,

If we take advantage of the Custom Domains as stated below: Who owns that doman name and if we cancel can we take it with us.

  • Custom Domains: Wave goodbye to DNS servers, registrars, and hours of confusion. The process for adding a custom domain couldn't be simpler - just provide the domain name you want, and we take care of the rest! Absolutely no technical skill is required.

Forgive me if I don't understand...  I did my first post yesterday on NEW outisde blog www.destinrealestate-sells.com   Today, when I type in pretty specific keywords, the regular AR blog with my post is top of page one,  My NEW paid OUTSIDE Blog is not until page 2.  Did I do something wrong?  My desired (true ) keywords a customer would type don't bring me up anywhere.

Posted by Wendy Rulnick, "It's Wendy... It's Sold!" (Rulnick Realty, Inc.) almost 12 years ago

    Brad-

You already know I get it completely.  I was very excited to know this was coming out.  I am, however, bummed with the fact that they decided to charge.  Right now am barely surviving--no way at all I am going to be able to handle $80 a month or even $20 a month right now.  I am going to go ahead with my wordpress blog--I can have contributors there for free.  I'm sorry ~~ you know I love you and you know I believe in what you are doing!  I just think it is a really bad time for so many of us.

I do have a few questions though.  From what I can tell, my outside blog has my picture taken away.  I also do not like it that it says on my outside blog "UPGRADE NOW" on it.  The people that go there are not going to upgrade my blog--why was that put there?   Also, from what I am getting above, it sounds like we are not going to be able to have our own have our own domain anymore--it sounds like that is an upgrade.  If that is so, that is really a bummer since I just purchased my own domain a month ago.

    Many blessings!

if the published posts are in both my AR blog and my outside blog, won't google downgrade my content because it's published in two places?

I am still getting some clarification and information regarding some of the questions here and will try to continue answering them as fast as possible.  There were a couple glitches early on, some have been resolved and a few are still unclear.  Thanks for being patient as always on these roll-outs and updates.

If you have one of the FREE outside blogs prior to the ActiveBlog launch, you can still use and keep that Blog and it's still FREE.  If you did not have one of the FREE Blogs and you try to create one now, you will be charged.  If you want to upgrade your existing FREE Blog, you can, but then will be charged the fee in the future.

Posted by Brad Andersohn, ActiveBrad - 707.646.1876 (Executive Director of Education at eXp Realty) almost 12 years ago

Barb - we are working on some of these issues.  Existing outside Blogs that were created and FREE will remain. They can also be upgraded.  Creating NEW FREE outside Blogs will no longer be available. The early birds got the worms.  You can still post to your Outside Blog that was created before the ActiveBlog launch.  You do not have to upgrade but the benefits of doing so might be worth looking into.  Debe Maxwell did a great How To post if you're interested.  :-)

Posted by Brad Andersohn, ActiveBrad - 707.646.1876 (Executive Director of Education at eXp Realty) almost 12 years ago

I look forward to learning more about this, Brad...Just wondering why the fee?  There are many outside blogs that are free!  I guess I am missing some details!

Shawn - there are a few reasons for the fee.  We have added some additional features and benefits to the new ActiveBlogs, the ones you mention that you get for FREE are not Real Estate Specific nor are they on a Real Estate related network that many have already become used to and know how to create and navigate:

You will also get support with your ActiveBlogs from our support staff and team which is difficult to find or get when you run an outside Blog on some of the other sites for FREE.  Having a group Blog requires more space and bandwidth which is difficult to provide for free as well.

If you have 6-8 people contributing to your group Blog, that's really only about 10-12 dollars a month, but the benefits of doing this and the increased business will hopefully far out-weigh the cost.  With the "Raindexing" concept and SEO benefits, I think you'll see a huge difference from our standard FREE outside Blogs.  If you need any help or have questions, feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks.  :-)

Debbie - I'm home now.  Your current outside Blog you created on AR WILL NOT go from 0-19 unless you decide to do the individual upgrade.  You are more than welcome to sideline this one out and see how it evolves, we can always get you setup later if you're interested.

We have already had quite a few members sign up or upgrade, and that also helps us work out any glitches and bugs, but don't wait too long, it's the pioneers that usually get the best piece of land in exchange for a few arrows.  :-))   (Big Smile!)

Posted by Brad Andersohn, ActiveBrad - 707.646.1876 (Executive Director of Education at eXp Realty) almost 12 years ago

Richard - there are many posts and articles regarding duplicate content etc.  What search engines are looking for is the original content and location.  The way the outside ActiveBlogs are setup, it's my understanding the search engines will see not only the new raindexing, but they will also see the outside Blog as the original and main resource for the post.

This means the outside Blogs should be picked up and not the AR blog post where it was created and syndicated to the ActiveBlogs.

If this is all too complicated for you, please call me, I'd be happy to explain it in more detail to you over the phone if you'd like. Thanks.  :-)

Lane - Diamond Dwellings is a bit different, as it's a RE Tomato Blog.  The group concept is the same but I think the pricing is a way different structure if I'm not mistaken.  I haven't compared prices lately, but I know that we are more than just competetive in the group Blog arena.

Don't take that wrong, I love the RE Tomato and their entire staff, but the last I heard, there was no comparison in price.  I have many friends who have individual and group Blogs on the Real Estate Tomato, it's about time AR jumped on the Blog wagon don't ya think?

Thanks for taking some time to read and comment Lane, I appreciate it.  Hope all is going well.  :-)

These are similar to the questions I posted in Jorgen's post earlier, but I'm not sure you has answers, so I thought I'd try here as well.  Thanks,

My current outside blog doesn't seem to have any content.  I can click on the month archives and something appears momentarily and then all disappears.  Will that be fixed?

    This should be fixed now...

Do I understand the comments correctly that we will no longer be able to add content to our outside blogs?

No, this is not the case, you WILL be able to add to both the upgraded and previously created free blogs.

I have a domain name already for my outside blog if I upgrade, do I understand correctly that that can no longer be used, and I have to get a new domain name despite the fact that I've published that other domain name?

That one I'll have to look into, but I truly don't believe this will be the case, it just may take 24 hours to move everything over.  I don't have one of the FREE ones to test, I only have the paid one at RENetBlog.com.  If I upgrade it to the New ActiveBlog format, doesn't make sense that I'd lose my domain name.  These guys are much smarter than that..  :-))

Well it's been a while now and my free outside blog (kathy_clulow.activerain.com) still gives error messages when I try to access it on the web or from my home page on AR.

    The erro message reads

The website cannot display the page

    Most likely causes:

    • The website is under maintenance.
    • The website has a programming error.

    Does any ones still work??

mine works Kathy.  Never stopped working that I know of.  I am speaking of my free, "antiquated" and "hilariously dilapidated" blog.  Only change I can see are an AR logo like a raindrop and the photo that was there in place of a head shot is gone.  I used a map of Columbus.

Kathy - I just checked it out and I didn't even get that nice of a message.  I just got this:

OpenID::Server::MalformedReturnURL  that was with the Firefox Browser.

I just checked mine at http://activebrad.activerain.com/ and it looked and worked just fine.

I wonder if the _ (underscore) you have in the URL name is causing any issue on our server, that would be my only guess.  I checked to see if you had put in a ticket on it but couldn't find one.  Have you sent in a ticket to have it checked out?  I would, that's the only way the tech guys will know something is wrong and try to help you fix it.  :-)

Brad, what FABULOUS ideas!  You're a real creative Cookie!!!

I saw that the group blogs are $80 bucks/month, and the new individual blogs are $20 bucks/month, are these going to replace the blogs?  Or is this going to be in ADDITION to the already free blogs?

Regina - they will not replace the existing outside Blogs you may have already created or setup, they will be in addition to.  However, if you had not created a FREE outside Blog up to this point, then those will no longer be available.  Let me know if you need any help or if you have any questions.  The domain names are going to start going quickly, especially the group blogs and company or niche marketing names, at least I'd think.  :-)

Hi Anne - there are 15 themes available currently, there are 2 that are not company specific: (more coming)

Elements of SEO and Legacy Themes are not Company Specific.

The picture (header) can be uploaded by clicking on the "Customize" link at the top of the page.  Your photo is automatically pulled from your profile page.  (See ActiveRainTeam.com for sample) The domains you may be trying to register might be taken already, that could be one of the issues.

If you cancel your upgrade, I don't see why you would lose your original Blog, but I'll have to check on that,  meanwhile we are working on the site to get many of these issues corrected and questions answered.

I don't think we have a link to cancel on the setup page, but I know they're aware of it and will be providing a way asap.  The other option is to not cancel.  :-)

Betina - first off you should be honored to have been asked to join another group blog as a contributor, you can NEVER have too much exposure with your content and abilty to get it out there.  The BIG fish Broker obviously sees your value and so will others if you're part of a successful group Blog.

Want to know his motivation?  Call him!  :-)

    Hi Brad, me again.

I have the outside blog pretty much since day one.

we fixed all the problems, but Google still has not picked up on it.

When I type in one of my head lines Google finds the AR blog my outside blog is NOT to be found anywhere.

Before I had the paid blog I had the free outside blofg and Google could see me. It would show up somewhere on the first page.

    Any idea what happened?

    Thanks

    Anne

Anne - your outside Blog from day one is NOT the same as the one you've just created.  It will take Google's crawlers and robots a bit of time to figure out what we've created and what you've done.  DON'T WORRY!

Do you remember how long it took for Google to p/u your AR Blog and your old Outside Blog when you wrote your first post?  It won't happen over night with these either.  You will need to keep providing good content to feed that hungry Google monster.  Also, the keywords you search will vary your results.

Google will catch on to what we're doing here soon enough, remember, you've only written 2 posts since we set you up with your new domain.  It will happen.  Call me if you have any questions, I have some other ideas I think may be helpful for your new Blog as well.  :-)

Thanks for all you do.  As for what posts are featured - I for one enjoyed the post on defragmenting my hard drive...something I have neglected to do for awhile.....I like the posts you feature...some comments sounded like SOUR GRAPES to me!  Keep up the good work.

Brad, you sure know how to get a lot of comments on a blog:)  Just posted this to see if the avatar showed up and it did, thanks.

Hi Brad!  You know, I'm looking for one of the great team outside blogs that Bob had shown me in the past and cannot find it--while searching for it, I found this post and realized that I hadn't thanked you for the compliment above and referring Barb Salzo to my blog!  You're the BEST!

    Have a great Tuesday!

June - there is a ton of great information floating around in the rain, glad you are enjoying it here.

Steve - and your avatar looks great, and familiar too!  (Big Smile)  :-))

Debe - you are too sweet!  Thank you.  You should check out these team blogs, they are pretty cool.
activeRainGuide.com or ActiveRainTeam.com or ClubChaosAgents.com or ChristianityandRealEstate.com, these are some pretty good samples of multi-authored group or team blogs.
